Lexington Public Schools wanted a site that blended a fresh, fun appearance with a host of features to reflect their forward-thinking mission and active student body. The process began with a new, Idea Bank-designed logo that unifies all district schools, yet provides each with their own separate identity. The website’s News feature showcases school-specific information, and compiles all data into a comprehensive area for community viewing. An interactive calendar provides global, school and category search capability. Other features include slideshows, photo galleries, and databases for food menus and staff directory.
