Media Coordinator, Account Planner

Rob is our political junkie, having served on the campaigns and in the field offices for former third district Congressman Bill Barrett, and current third district Congressman Adrian Smith. He’s also honed his advertising and marketing skills with stints at The Grand Island Independent and a former Grand Island advertising firm.

The ability to juggle multiple tasks and personalities will serve him well as Idea Bank’s media specialist and account planner. He holds a degree in political science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and the jury’s still out on his claim to being the biggest Husker football fan in the office. He’s also fond of the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame, even though he doesn’t have a dash of Irish in him. Hmmm.

He’s also an eBay aficionado, helping people exchange their treasures for cash. He gets the prize for the weirdest thing ever sold:  a basket made from a bona fide armadillo shell. Everyone on staff is happy to let him hang onto that auspicious honor. 

Rob lives in Grand Island with his patient wife, Amy, and their adorable daughter, Jenna.
