An Idea Bank fixture since early 2000, Karen is the cheerful, efficient person you hear on the phone. A master detective, Karen is an expert at finding hidden folders and fugitive files. She's also adept at remembering what we've forgotten, whether it's who just called, what we were just talking about, or where we parked.

Karen learned how to deal effectively with clueless people with no sense of direction in the years she worked for the Adams County Convention and Visitors Bureau - a skill for which we are grateful.

Karen commutes each day from Inland, a township so small you can shoot gophers out the back door without anybody caring. This theory was tested and proven by her husband, Tom, who reports a noticeable absence of the furry little critters ever since. Their daughter, Rachel, will undoubtedly use the experience as material for her future career as a famous stand up comedian.
